Our programmes focus on 2 key areas - Leadership and Communication. These are Critical Life Skills upon with everything else depends. Parents, in order to lead our children, we must be able to communicate with them.
In my experience in conducting parenting workshops and talks, communication with teenagers is a HUGE challenge. We must know our children, their personalities and be able to connect with them. We desire that our children become leaders with integrity and a heart for others. Many leaders miss the mark because they fail to communicate. We also desire that our children develop effective communication skills that will enhance their ability to articulate their ideas with clarity, reason with depth and evidence, challenge viewpoints with objectivity, and persuade others with passion and sincerity.
