Why is the Giraffe in the picture?
We are all Giraffes standing real tall and looking real far, hence symbolising leadership. Parents, we are leaders with tremendous influence on our children. We want our children to develop into leaders who will stick their neck out for what they believe in. Like giraffes, we have BIG HEARTS, filled with kindness and compassion. We want to lead with the heart.

boing! is about ...
EMPOWERING FAMILIES. As a parent, I've always wished that I have an owner's manual that tells me whenever I encounter a problem with my daughter, turn to page xx and the answer is there. Or I can easily refer to the FAQ section and find all the answers. Better still, have a return policy! Unfortunately, parenting is not that simple!
Just to quote Uncle Ben in the movie, Spider Man, "Great Responsibility comes with Great Power." As parents, we have great power to influence our children and hence, great responsibility.
We work hard to provide our children the best! We try to get them registered at the "best" primary schools. We engage the "best" tutors and we enrol them in the "best" enrichment programmes. What more can we do? Lots!!! We need to improve our leadership and communication skills - both parents and children. This is where the crux lies. The health of parent-child relationships rest upon these skills. This is what Boing! focusses on - developing and enhancing the leadership and communication skills of both parents and children.
